PEIWA stands as a visionary construction company that transforms spaces into vibrant communities. Beyond the foundations and frameworks, we weave the essence of connection and belonging into every project. Our legacy is a testament to the belief that true construction lies in building communities where every structure promises a more connected, communal life.

People, not corporations, bring structures to life. Every brick laid, every beam hoisted carries the aspirations, dreams, and dedication of those who work tirelessly to transform visions into reality.
From the architects drawing the blueprints of the future to the artisans who pore over every detail, their collective spirit creates buildings and landmarks of progress, innovation, and community.
At the heart of every project we undertake is a commitment to the individuals and communities we serve, ensuring that every space we construct is built on a foundation of integrity, excellence, and a profound respect for the human touch.

Private Estates International West Africa was established in 2009 to focus on business opportunities in construction in commercial and real estate construction.
Our understanding of the housing and general development backlog in Nigeria informed our decision to use the country as the beachhead for our expansion in to West Africa. There is an estimated 18 million housing unit shortage in Nigeria alone. This identified need deserves immediate rectification. Interestingly, our entrance into the market coincided with a renewed willingness by state government to address these housing issues.
Enugu State government, by a Building Certificate of Occupancy dated November 10, 2009, and registered as No. 20 at Page 20 in Volume 1622 in the Lands Registry, Enugu, granted PEIWA a statutory right of occupancy over land situated at Obeagu/ Amechi Awkunanaw, Enugu.
Following the grant of the statutory right of occupancy, PEIWA raised equity from their shareholders and also secured a loan facility from Diamond Bank (now Access Bank) of N2,000,000,000.00 to finance the first phase of the development of the Enugu Lifestyle and Golf City project.
